Use a mild soap to clean vinyl furniture.

Mix a gentle non detergent soap with water in a small bowl or bucket. Concentrated bleaches store vinyl cushions in a cool and dry room not the basement or attic where mildew can set in. Continue with a light wet cleaning before using a leather vinyl cleaning product. Gradually add more if necessary to make the solution bubble.

Use three or four drops of soap per quart of water. Intersperse baking soda on a moist cleaning cloth or a sponge assign to clean only. Mix a half cup of white vinegar with a half cup of warm water. In a bucket or bowl mix a small amount of mild soap with warm water.

Harsh chemical cleaners are not necessary for a routine cleaning where you re not trying to remove set in stains. Rub the cloth over the surface of the furniture adding more baking soda or water as needed. If not using something covered in vinyl upholstery for a long time cover it with a clean white cloth to prevent dust and sun damage. Mix warm water and soap.

Rinse the cloth on the furniture s surface and add additional baking water or baking soda as required. When mixed with water oxygen bleach forms hydrogen peroxide and soda ash two powerful cleaning agents that deliver a knockout punch to stains and make your white furniture look new again. Wipe with a damp cloth afterward to rinse. Rinse with the moist cloth when finish washing.
